Cheryl Woolley is a dedicated and accomplished business woman with more than 20 years experience in banking, financial management and as a small business owner prior to becoming a Realtor®. She understands the value of going above and beyond the client’s expectations.

Born and raised in the Maritime Provinces, Cheryl has lived from coast to coast.  She recognizes the challenges a move can bring and knows how to turn it into a positive experience.

Cheryl  and her husband Paul have three children, Mitchell (21), Ryan (19) and Kelsey (16), and two dogs.  The family enjoy sports and outdoor activities and can be found quite often supporting the UVIC basketball team, Victoria Seals baseball team, skiing at beautiful Mt. Washington or exploring the many great places Vancouver Island has to offer.

Cheryl understands the importance of life-long learning.  Besides the continuing education requirements necessary to maintain a real estate license, Cheryl attends numerous courses, conferences and seminars throughout Canada and the United States each year.  Not only does education allow her to stay on top of the market, it also offers an excellent opportunity to network with other professionals.  Many valuable educational opportunities are found by meeting other agents and sharing success stories.

Cheryl has taken her love of learning one step further by helping to educate others in the home buying process.  She offers two information courses for Buyers and is pleased to offer these courses through Camosun College's Continuing Education Program and Westshore Parks & Recreation.
