Cheryl Woolley is a dedicated and accomplished business woman with over 25 years experience in banking, financial management and as a small business owner prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2006. She understands the value of going above and beyond the client’s expectations.
Born and raised in the Maritime Provinces, Cheryl has lived from coast to coast and is proud to now call Victoria home. She recognizes the challenges a move can bring and knows how to turn it into a positive experience.
Cheryl understands the importance of life-long learning. Besides the continuing education requirements necessary to maintain a real estate license, Cheryl attends numerous courses, conferences and seminars throughout Canada and the United States each year. Not only does education allow her to stay on top of
the market, it also offers an excellent opportunity to network with other professionals. Many valuable educational opportunities are found by meeting other agents and sharing success stories.
Cheryl has taken her love of learning one step further by helping to educate others in the home buying process. She offers an information course for Buyers through Camosun College's Continuing Education Program.
As an elected Director for the Victoria Real Estate Board, Cheryl chaired the 2015 Professional Development Committee, 2016 MLS Committee, 2017 Professional Standards Committee, held the position of 2018 President-Elect, and is currently the board's President for 2019.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, Cheryl’s first-hand experience and knowledge will ensure a smooth transition for the whole family.
